At Paradigm, we take an eclectic, trauma-informed approach to therapy, integrating evidence-based modalities such as Client-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). We are deeply committed to meeting each client where they are, honoring their unique experiences and challenges. Throughout our journey, we have had the privilege of working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including underserved populations such as racial and ethnic minorities and the LGBTQIA community.
