At Paradigm Counseling Services, PLLC we take an eclectic, trauma-informed approach to therapy, integrating evidence-based modalities such as Client-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). We are deeply committed to meeting each client where they are, honoring their unique experiences and challenges. Throughout our journey, we have had the privilege of working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including underserved populations such as racial and ethnic minorities and the LGBTQIA community. Our experience spans a range of therapeutic settings, including addiction recovery, couples and family therapy, and individual therapy. We specialize in supporting clients navigating trauma, PTSD, major depressive disorder, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and borderline personality disorder (BPD).

With a trauma-informed perspective, we prioritize creating a safe, non-judgmental space where healing can begin. We recognize that trauma affects individuals differently and that the process of recovery is deeply personal. At Paradigm, we believe in the transformative power of reclaiming your inner strength and voice. We are firm in the conviction that advocating for your own healing is an essential step in overcoming the impacts of trauma. We are honored to be part of your journey and are dedicated to walking alongside you as you take steps toward recovery and self-empowerment.

Meet Dwight Bejec, LCPC

Mental health struggles don’t have to define you, nor do they have to take over your life. They’re simply a part of your journey, one that many of us experience in different ways. What matters most is that you reach out for support when you need it—because asking for help is an act of strength, not weakness. It’s a reminder that you don’t have to carry the weight of it all alone.

Each of us comes from unique backgrounds, and our experiences of healing are deeply personal. But there is power in acknowledging that we are all connected, and that by creating space for healing in our lives, we are also contributing to the well-being of those around us. We are spiritual beings, navigating this human experience together, and when we empower ourselves to heal, we open the door for others to do the same.

By taking the steps toward healing, we not only honor our own well-being but also help to heal the collective. Together, we can nurture and uplift one another, creating a ripple effect of compassion, understanding, and growth.
